🛍 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at info@magamerchmania.com. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized orders

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos and order details, so we can make it right.
